01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and oke12bet ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the oke12bet website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

By registering an account on oke12bet, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of oke12bet services, you are required to create a personal account. The following rules apply to all oke12bet accounts:

1. One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one oke12bet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oke12bet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. oke12bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the oke12bet cashier page at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with oke12bet's standard processing schedule. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

oke12bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses awarded by oke12bet are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. oke12bet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.

• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate oke12bet bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• Modification: oke12bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oke12bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the oke12bet Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or match-fixing in connection with any game or event offered on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such bugs must be reported to oke12bet support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the oke12bet Platform or any of its underlying software.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of oke12bet.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing oke12bet staff or other players through any communication channel.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the oke12bet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of oke12bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the oke12bet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from oke12bet.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any oke12bet trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of oke12bet intellectual property will constitute an infringement of our rights and may result in legal action.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oke12bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the oke12bet Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, system outages, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that oke12bet takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit oke12bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

09 Responsible Gaming

oke12bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all oke12bet account holders:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through your account settings.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

oke12bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination of your account for cause, oke12bet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited activity is established, any real-money balances held in the account. Where an account is closed at your own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your oke12bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

oke12bet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the oke12bet Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, oke12bet collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
